TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When both parties complete and sign this Order Form, the parties have a legally binding Contract incorporating the terms on this Order Form, the MSA Terms & Conditions which can be found at https://agiliosoftware.com/policies/msa/ including the attached Schedules.

If there are Group Clients, the Client confirms that they are authorised to sign the Contract on behalf of each of the Group Clients and each of the Group Clients shall be bound by the Contract and all the terms contained therein.

Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the defined terms are as set out in the MSA Terms & Conditions and the attached Schedules.

Minimum term contract term is one year.
